These TV things are always a bit odd but this aint too bad. I just cant believe we were in there for 12 hours!!! to get 30 seconds worth of footage. It was sooo hot and sweaty in there.

                Right, I’m going to try and add a picture to this post.... dont blame me if it doesnt work and deletes the internet or something....

Hoopalah, and there she is, Smurfette,  my traveling companion. Cooker, sink, plug socket – check. Electric windows and airbags – not so much. I dont know much about cars but I think this is a good tourbus.

I’ll be stopping off at random locations around the UK (for now) and playing some low key gigs, bolstering up this new solo project and getting back into the swing of things. Hopefully I may catch some guys I know along the way – fans and fellow musicians. I’ll keep you posted on where and when etc. O

02-04-09 Recording in LA

               Bags are packed, as in I have my guitar.

I’m going to spend a few days chilling out in San Diego with Jiggy – the double bass player from Hamfatter. He is living there at the moment. After that, I’ll be staying in the bit of LA where most murders happen. That’s what I was told after I booked the hotel but I think that’s just to keep the tourists away.

I’ll be recording with Joe Chicarelli – a top music producer. He has produced The White Stripes, Raconteurs, Frank Zappa and any other famous name you can think of. And he’s won 7 Grammies. I hope he knows what he’s gotten himself into here, working with me :o).

This new music will hopefully be out and about this year. I’ll let you know. O
